Capital Markets Origination

Citi came and interviewed on campus for the position while also taking the candidates out to dinner. The interview was with two people, both former alums. The next and final round involved going to NYC for a superday. This was the portion of the interview that I felt negatively about as the setup was 6 rapid fire interviews all lasting only 20 minutes. There seemed to be very little organization as one minute I was speaking to someone from equities, the next someone from fixed income, and then someone from leveraged finance. It was very difficult to really convey much or get to know anybody in only 20 minutes.
