Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was a follow up interview 4 or 5 months after an initial interview. My initial interview went well--had meetings with a couple directors which were behavioral/walk me through your resume/why banking, and then a technical interview with an associate. They originally wanted to offer me the job, but then the CEO got fired and Hurricane Sandy hit, and I got pushed back. Fast forward 4 or 5 months and they lost an associate so they need to hire. They brought me and a couple other candidates in and basically re-interviewed me, although this time they basically skipped the technical part.
