Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I saw there ad online and applied. Spoke over the phone to their secretary and interview later with a partner. It is pretty bad when the secretary and the partner are talking about how it is a good thing financially that her newly hired friend is not going to be a "trader". AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP AT ALL COSTS. They do not trade, they scalp.
