Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1 on 1 on campus interview with an alum for the first round. The first round consisted of mental math and brain teasers as well as traditional valuation and M&A modeling type questions.
The first round was by far the most technical and the second and final round at the San Francisco office with 2 associates, 2 VPs, 1 director and 2 analysts was a lot more fit based and relaxed. The analysts double teamed me, and we had an enjoyable conversation as opposed to a grill session.
