Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They did a full 2:1 case interview that was the classic format of an open ended problem and then the candidate asks questions to drive toward a recommendation/recommendations. My case was a combination of quantitative and qualitative business analysis of a new potential business unit being considered by CapitalOne. The case felt conversational and it was candidate-led, though there was a clear direction they wanted to go with the questions. They had a few charts and supporting data sheets that emerged as I asked questions. They also had a few behavioral/fit questions at the end, which also felt conversational.
