Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied to my college's career website and was directed to complete an online assessment that consisted of math and personality questions. I then had an OCR case interview. I had the powerday a few weeks later. The cases are not particularly difficult, just make sure you know about COF's business model. Frankly, I was very surprised to not get an offer considering I had very positive feedback throughout the entire process.
