Capital One hires large classes of BA interns and Full time staff. The process started with a simple resume drop and several dozen students were chosen to do a 30 minute on Campus case process. From there those of selected had to take on online assessment and pass a high watermark to be flown to Richmond for a final round interview which consisted on 2 cases and 1 behavioral interview.
