Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process began with a phone screen by a recruiter, followed by a math and verbal test online (similar to SAT). After clearing the test, a case interview is set up over the phone with a Senior Business Analyst -- less structured than a prototypical consulting case, but the interviewer still wanted an "answer". Superday consisted of 3 1:1 interviews and 1 group interview -- one of these interviews was behavioral, and three were case interviews. These cases were extremely structured and required the calculation of a break-even point and analyzing whether a policy or idea should be taken advantage of.
