Please describe the interview / hiring process.
OCR screening initially. After that I took online verbal/analytical tests that you must pass to get an in-person interview at the office. 3-4 rounds of 1 on 1 interviews at their offices that consisted of case study questions, math problems, and general behavioral questions. I reviewed sample case studies online from other companies (MBB) and that adequately prepared me for the interview. No prior phone interview. Received offer a few weeks later. Biggest hurdle people face is the online assessments, only ~40% pass. Overall 2-3% offer rate from OCR applicants.
