Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had a really quick phone interview and then was brought in for a superday. Logistically, everything went smoothly- the HR at Capital One is quite good. We got a tour and then the interviews started. It was 3 rounds, 2 case interviews and 1 personality based. The case interviews were super numbers and math heavy, which I wasn't prepared for. Honestly, they were quite easy but I was thrown off because it was the very first case-based interview I'd done, and I had prepared for something much more consulting-oriented.
