1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via on campus recruiting. Got the interview roughly a week after the deadline for the application. Never got to know anyone I was interviewing with before the actual interview. They interviewed roughly 10-12 people on campus for 30 minutes. Because they are a boutique shop they like to ask about specific things about their firm, like their stock price, what deals they have done or even who the CEO is. I would say know the firm very well and try to know some bankers before you actually interview with them because they are not very warm in their interviews.
