Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online for a junior research associate role in the Boston office. Contacted about one week later for a phone interview with two current research associates. Mainly a feel to see my thinking process and how I would solve particular problems, as well as general resume questions.
The next (and final) round was a superday, meeting with 10 individuals on the team. Almost all of these were 1-1, but there was a 2-1 case study. I was asked to prepare a brief case study a week before the interview, and this 2-1 interview focused on my submission.
Most of the people were very friendly, engaging, and intellectual. Their new office (125 High St. in Boston) has a great view of Boston Harbor. Overall, I was impressed with the company.
