Project Manager

Pretty straight forward process -
I applied online and received an email within the same week asking for times when I'm available for an initial phone conversation.

The phone conversation went well, focused primarily on my background, experiences, interests. I think she was trying to assess the fit more than anything else (don't think the interviewer had much business experience)

Next, I had a half-day of in-person interviews. Three people interviewed me - two were project directors and one was a principal (i.e. same as a partner in most consulting firms).
All were case based interviews, although I could see that the principal was less interested in the case itself and more on assessing fit with the firm.

The firm is heavily focused on quants/analytics and this definitely comes through in the interviews.
