Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process began with a phone screening from a recruiter, was a short 15 minute or so conversation that covered basic behaviorals (why BGL?, why IB?, etc) and was pretty easy. Second round was a 1 on 1 with an ASO which was 50/50 behavioral and technical. Superday was 3 30 minute interviews with a mix of analysts, asos, VPs, and a few senior-level bankers. These interviews were all 50/50 behavioral and technical. Overall was a pretty standard process, networked to get in originally so that is valued in their process as with most banks. The people throughout were all very nice, mostly interacted with people from the Cleveland office - make sure to be well versed on some of their recent deals and things like that.
