Trading Analyst

I know that it's a protracted process, but started with an email setting up a time for an interview, to which we mutually agreed. The first time the call was supposed to occur, the HR person "forgot", and we had to reschedule. I think this happened three times, and then of course the call comes off as basic, walk me through your resume type of thing, followed by 20 minutes of being told you weren't good enough, that you're unimpressive, and putting on a "pageant face", but with no substantive or constructive criticism whatsoever. I know that this is the culture, but it really proves how Kafka-esque their hiring process is...
