Technology Associate

It was a 2 on 1 interview with 2 current technology associates. Before the interview started, an audio recorder was turned on and all the participants identified themselves. The first portion of the interview was a general behavioral interview. Make sure you can back up your reasoning for your answers - I was asked "Why?" several times during this portion. The second portion of the interview was a algorithmic case problem, which involved writing a lot of pseudocode on the whiteboard. Following the case, I had ~10 minutes to ask general questions about the firm. Overall, the interview process was enjoyable (as interviews go), however, I was a little unnerved by the audio recorder, and it showed.
