The interview process was very straight-forward. The first interview was a fit-based phone screen to gauge your background and interest in Bridgewater. The on-site interview consisted of a high-level group debate, a one-on-one fit interview, and a one-on-one case interview. Bridgewater looks to test your ability to think on your feet and high-level reasoning skills, rather than specific product or investment knowledge. There would likely have been a second on-site interview to dig deeper into my compatibility with the role. but I did not get the invite to return after my first on-site interviews.
