Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First you had to pass a group phone interview. It was odd having a conference call type interview. They asked very hard and detailed questions about why you were interested in the specific position and why. Every time they asked you a question about what you did in school or your chosen career, they kept asking why and tried to delve as deep as possible. For the in-person interview, there was a group interview with 5-6 other people interviewing for the same position. You were each given a random position (Global Warming, If pennies should be outlawed) and you had to argue for or against it. The purpose here was to see how you could argue and voice your opinion to the rest of the group. If you passed this stage you went onto a 1-1 interview with a supervisor.
