First round is a phone interview that is fairly standard, they ask you to walk thru your resume. The interviewer makes it a point to really find something on your resume to deep dive into so dont be put off by this.

If you make it to the second round you get invited up to the Bridgewater campus. You get put in a room with another interview candidate and 2 bridgewater employees and you debate something very open-ended. Such as is TV good or bad for society.

Afterwards you do a consulting type case interview, mine was a valuation oriented case, how does one value a coffee shop in a mid sized city and is 200k a fair price. You get no financials or anything like that, so gotta figure out market sizing and how to ballpark a value.

Third is a standard 1 on 1 interview, nothing too different about that. Be prepared for very blunt feedback post interview, they do not pull any punches and in general their corporate culture is to be radically transparent. They have a high turnover because most people cant operate under this absolute bluntness. That siad it was an interesting process.
