First round is a phone interview with someone at the firm. Fairly standard stuff, they walk through your resume and ask you about what you thought your weaknesses were (they caveat it by saying dont give me a weakness that is actually a strength), Also usually pick a point of experience on your resume and try to drill down into it.

Second round interview was at Bridgewater campus, first round is a group discussion with you at least another candidate about some topic that is somewhat neutral. Such as is television bad for society, should organ donation be made into a market?

Next interview is a case interview consulting style, mine was a market sizing, valuation interview for a hypothetical business located in a mid size city.

Third interview is a life interview, trying to figure out what your values are.
