Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After discussing with a recruiter, set up a phone interview with Bridgewater for an investment associate role. I was only asked a couple questions, nothing on my previous experience or skills. I had heard they are culture focused but they kept digging for some answer asking "Why do you think that is?" when discussing the disaster of my current shop. I tried giving truthful answers... apparently not what they were looking for. Not a hard interview, but a puzzling one for sure.
