Hiring process was very structured. Consisted of two rounds: first rounds were 2 30-45 minutes interviews. Both interviews were 1 on 1, case type. Second round were also 2 interviews with more senior people, also case interviews but not too analytical - more on the big picture.
Advice for consulting interviews: practice as much as you can cases (many examples can be found on the web). It is very important to practice with people you don't know.
Perception is that culture among consulting firms differ a lot within countries. E.g.: my perception was that BCG office in Buenos Aires was not as "friendly" as in the US.
