I first communicated with the company by applying online for the summer recruiting process. I was fortunate enough to receive a first-round despite being from a nontarget.

The firm had the group of us offered first-round interviews in to the office to explain the case interview process and run through a practice. The next week I had first round interviews in the office on a Friday. The interviews were classic BCG style: 45-minute, one-on-one, 10 minutes behavioral, 30 minute case, and 5 minutes for my questions. The first round interviewers were Consultants and Project Leaders.

I heard back the following Tuesday that I'd moved on to final rounds. The final round interviews consisted of 3 BCG style interviews with Principals and Partners. I pulled myself out of the process before a decision was made to accept another offer.

Not finding my internship to be what I desired, I jumped on the opportunity to schedule an accelerated interview with the firm towards the end of my summer experience. This final round consisted of 3 BCG style interviews with partners.
