What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There are two rounds of interviews on campus. The first round consists of two 45 minutes interviews. In both interviews there's a typical case, some basic 'fit' questions, and a chance to ask final round questions.
The second round is similar but more in depth (I had 3 hour long interviews). The interviews are tougher as the cases are more detailed and the additional time allows the interviewers to push your thinking more). They also want to get to know you as an individual and will spend more time on the fit section as well.
On a side note, BCG's Boston office is spectacular with great views of the city
