Investment Banking Analyst

Overall a pretty long process, started initially with me reaching out to an alum that worked there, which in itself was a phone screen. Fast forward a month and a half and recruiting reaches out to set up a more formal phone screen with an analyst/associate. Invited to a 1.5 round at the office two weeks later which consisted of two 1-on-1 interviews with VPs, then to a super day a month later, which was 4 1-on-1 interviews with MDs/Directors. Overall it wasn't too technical, a lot more questions referencing my work experience over summer, and they were very big on "why BMO?" Also very serious about reaching out to the people I worked with over summer (I think they ended up talking to 1 analyst, 2 VPs, and an MD from the place I was at over summer).
