Analyst

First round interview was a dinner with all candidates from the same university. The "interviewers" got a chance to talk to each candidate in a more casual setting and decide who they thought would be good to advance to a super day interview. There was a 1:1 ratio of employees to candidates and every candidate was sitting between two "interviewers".

They got back to all successful candidates within a few hours after the dinner inviting us to participate in super day interviews ~1 week later.

Super day was standard, but sometimes there is overlap between banks and it caused me to miss my last interview at BMO because they double scheduled me after assuring me they would work around my schedule. I'm not sure if this is why they dinged me, because I bombed one of my technical interviews, so I can't be sure, but the HR team was condescending and gave me an ultimatum to attend my last interview or go to the other bank.
