Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First I applied online to get my resume screened. After passing the process, I had to take a 90 minute online exam consisting mostly of obscure programming questions.
After that, I had a phone interview for about 45 minutes consisting of coding questions and a brainteaser.
Finally, I had a final round in their New York office. First round was a 2 on 1 interview with 7-8 programming questions, next round was with an MD who asked more questions, then HR.
The people seemed quite nice, I think I just sort of messed up some of the questions with the MD so didn't get an offer.
