Hiring at junior level moves fast. Initially they ask for a skills test for which you can choose from a few options depending on what programming language you know best. Then, if you don't live in or around the city where they are based, and they need to fly you over, there will be a phone interview first, which will last about an hour in total and will be very technical. Finally, the on-site interview - has three rounds: two technical and one with HR. If they don't like you on round 1 there won't be a round 2! Same goes for rounds 2 and 3. So if you don't meet HR at the end - you didn't get the job. If you got to the HR round, you have got the job 99%. Just don't say anything antisocial. HR will usually also take you on a tour around the building and tell you more about the company.
