1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had a friend who worked there who got my resume in the door. Then I went through a phone interview with a junior person and he asked me really easy questions as an initial phone screen. Then I went in for an in person interview which was me at the table with two senior people. They called me and made me the offer a few days later.
