Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1 on 1 interview via phone with Associate. She was very nice and asked a mixture of fit and technicals. The technicals were suprisingly easy for such a top group but I screwed them up anyway. Things got a bit awkward when I mentioned something from her linkedin so I would advise against that. I had thought it would look like I had done my research....couldn't have been more wrong.
