Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Mostly fit interview. Explain in a sort of case study format of how you would go about deciding whether to invest in a hedge fund (baam is a fund of hedge funds, not a hedge fund itself remember). Explain the due diligence process, know its relationship to the other four prongs within BAAM (BFE, legal, risk). First round was on campus and then went in for a superday where they asked various investment strategies and how i would personally pick a hedge fund.
