What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Online application, no connections to the company. I recieved a email about a week before the process started from a current employee (NOT HR, but a group member) asking when a good time to talk was.
From there it went like this:
1 phone screening (45 minutes)
---Round 1---
1 behavioral via phone (Nothing worth noting here, simple questions)
1 case via phone (Simple Profit/Loss case..took about 45 minutes)
---Round 2---
2 cases in NYC (one take home prepared beforehand, one P/L case that only took ~ 20 minutes)
2 behaviorals in NYC with VP and Director of the group.
Overall it was a very professional experience. after every round I would be contacted with feedback and results. It was nice because HR was not involved..all the interviews/screening was conducted by the corporate strategy group.
