What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interviewer is a phd from UIUC major in finance. She looked very young but a little aggressive. She never smiled throughout the whole interview process. She kept asking questions but none of them was very hard. 90% of the questions are technical questions. I heard people in this division work very hard and it's not rare to work till midnight.
