Please describe the interview / hiring process.

First attended on-campus information session and applied via OCR. Interviewed about 2 weeks afterwards. Interview involved simple behavioral and technical (CS, not Finance-related) questions. Examples: What is a hash table? What are various sorting algorithms, and what are their big-Os? Casually chatted with the interviewer for the majority of the interview after beginning questions.
