Barclays demands a lot of touch points throughout the process, probably more than any other firm on the Street. They were proactive in the sense that they would continuously make cuts throughout the process in order to hone in on who they wanted. The final round consisted of 3 interviews: 2 with MDs and one case study which was pretty straightforward.
