Initially, it started with a couple of months of employer information sessions, networking events, and self-initiated phone calls and office visits based on connections that I made. The interview itself consisted of two rounds. The first round was all about fit. Simple and straight forward. The second round included two separate one-on-one interviews. The first was again fit, although the interview turned technical at the end. The second interview was completely technical, and included a case study using financial statements. Very interesting, and actually fun.
