I submitted my application through OCR and had a first round interview on campus. I did a lot of reading of the munis market beforehand, and the guy asked pretty industry-specific questions. From what he said, he made it sound like very few people took the time to read up on it, so make sure you know you're stuff.

Super day consisted of meeting with 6 people and a brief written portion asking your current thoughts on the market and why you wanted to join the group. Most questions were standard fit questions with the occasional technical question or question about the markets. Make sure you know the relevant issues faced in the munis market right now and understand how current political debates may affect the tax-free status of munis.
