On campus recruiting to Canadian university. Received first round interview but no second round.
The first round interview was done through a conference phone where I was interviewed by 2 senior analysts. They were very friendly and asked me mostly technical questions to gauge my strengths.
The process lasted about 30 minutes and I left on good terms. However out of the ten people that interviewed for first round, I was not part of the 2 that was flown out to LA.
