Summer Analyst

I received an offer through Barclays Diversity Bootcamp that includes a two day crash course in S&T and IBD and culminates with a mini super day (3 interviews). The first two days is more of a learning experience that really works on honing your technical skills combined with motivational speeches from current employees. The super day was very relaxed three back to back interviews that focused more on fit questions then technical questions. With that being said I answered my first two technical questions without a problem and the MD appeared to be satisfied with my technical skills so we moved on from that.
