What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st Round:
Technical Phone Interview lasting about 50 min covering items on CV and specific technical items for the role, eg probability, correlation, C++ coding.
Final Round:
Technical/Fit Face-to-face interviews at Barclays offices in Canary Wharf
Two Technical interviews with group heads (VPs?); one covering the mathematical side and one covering the C++ side.
One Fit type interview with Section Head (ED?) describing the role, how it fits into the overall division, a chance for me to ask questions.
Very friendly people, so a pleasant process, although there were some last-minute changes to the schedule of the face-to-face interview.
