Investment Banking Summer Analyst

I was referred by a friend because my school is not a target for this specific bank. I first had a phone interview that was all fit questions. Since I was not part of their target recruiting, I waited about 2-3 weeks to hear that I would have a final round. Had the final round on a Friday, got the offer on Monday, then only had 2 days to decide. When I interviewed, all other candidates were from small liberal arts schools, so likely a day consisting of a few non-targets.
