Barclays follows the standard on campus MBA recruiting process. Over the course of a few months you attend events, visit the firm, meet with current bankers and try to get selected for on campus interviews. If selected, the on campus interview process consists of a 30 minute one on one first round interview. If you make it to the second (and final) round you have two 30 minute interviews. One is a standard fit type interview, the other is a case interview. The case is your technical interview. You're asked questions similar to the technical questions you get at other banks, but in a more standardized format. The case is pass / fail. The fit interviews have all the standard questions - but even through there is a separate case interview, you can still get technical questions in these interviews, especially in the first round.
