Generation Next Sophmore Internship

My phone interview was almost purely fit and behavioral. It started off very slowly with the interviewer asking random personal questions. Then he started asking about my resume so I just walked him through it. He would stop me every one in awhile to ask a follow up question. Then he got to the more standard fit questions like why banking? why BarCap? What intrigues you most? etc. Nothing technical at all. He just wanted to get a sense for what I was interested in and that I was genuinely interested. The man interviewing me was a 2nd year analyst who was hired full time after participating in this program
