Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online while studying abroad in UK. The application process is fairly complicated in UK as it consists of two first round phone interviews, writing assessment, and final round assessment center. Was able to get into final round with about 15 other candidates. Didn't receive offer eventually.
