Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I attended a special program at the bank. I followed up with everyone, and I got referrals, then a MD forwarded my resume to the appropriate person. I had a phone interview, which I aced. After, tgey contacted me for a Superday in NY. I got grilled for 5 hours in total. I had a one-on-one, then a group interview.
