Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was a preliminary interview, consisting mainly of fit questions. As an atypical graduate applicant, I was asked about my unique experience and how it may translate to this new environment. The process consisted of sending my resume to a current employee I know, then scheduling a phone appointment. I was called, and didn't have to call anyone.
