After multiple phone interviews with HR, we flew to New York. There was a large group doing a full day of interviews. We would go from table to table in the morning with team presentations very similar to speed dating. Subsequently you would meet with individual hiring managers for the individual teams - either one interviewer or two generally, who would ask questions specific to the role you were applying. These ranged from complex trading style analysis and research pitches to more basic logic and reasoning.
