Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Since I was in a hurry of getting anything related to finance, I reached out to small wealth management firm in Connecticut. They called me back couple of days later and told me to come in for an interview. Then I went in and they asked me to introduce myself and told me why I wanted to intern at wealth management. Since it was unpaid internship, there was nothing hard, it ended about in 20 minutes.
