-HR rep contacted me to schedule a phone interview after picking my resume out from OCR
-Phone interview was conducted by an associate
-Once I passed the phone interview, I was flown out to New York for a superday, where I interviewed with four people consecutively, ranging from VP to MD level
- I did not follow up with any of the interviewers (foolishly forgot to ask for business cards)
- The offer was communicated by phone/voicemail a few weeks later
-Everybody was really friendly; seemed like a more nerdy/academic culture
