Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
OCR process: began in October 2012. Firm came to campus for a presentation. Provided optional contacts for phone networking and encouraged us to reach out to alumni. Visited the office for formal program in December. On campus interviews: rounds 1 and 2 were conducted back-to-back the same day, 1/2 hour each for a total of 1 hour. Decisions were made quickly and offers given out the next day. I generally liked the people that I met, but BAML was very low profile on our campus (target) compared to other big banks. Didn't get a chance to get to know many people.
